US 'pipe bombs': Cesar Sayoc pleads guilty

Cesar Sayoc has pleaded in charge to posting “pipe bombs” to Democrats and critics of US President Donald Trump

The 57-year-old entered his plea in Ny, talking in a shaky voice that from time to time fell right into a whisper.
